Community Development
Our Community Development Program helps individuals build confidence, independence, life skills, and meaningful community connections through fun, supportive, and engaging activities. We focus on person-centered support that encourages each participant to grow at their own pace while being respected, empowered, and celebrated.
Personal Supports
Our Personal Supports services provide one-on-one assistance tailored to each individual’s daily needs, personal goals, and level of independence. We support daily routines, skill-building, community participation, dignity, safety, and self-direction through compassionate and reliable care.
